About Dr. Martin Mardirosian
Meet Dr. Mardirosian!
Education & Training
Southern California native Martin Mardirosian graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. He earned his Masters of Science in Oral Biology & Medicine, as well as a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the UCLA School of Dentistry, all while on the Dean’s Honor List. He then went on to earn his Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree at the UCLA School of Medicine and completed his residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at the UCLA School of Dentistry along with a year of general surgery residency at the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center.
Dr. Mardirosian specializes in general anesthesia, conscious sedation, extractions, bone grafts and 3D guided implant surgeries. He believes in giving back and sharing his knowledge and expertise by serving on several committees and foundations. These include Thousand Smiles Foundation, Bank of Hope Community Outreach, and the Academy of Osseointegration’s Young Clinician’s Committee. Dr. Mardirosian believes in teaching and mentoring young practitioners as a volunteer faculty member at the UCLA School of Dentistry and as a mentor for the Armenian Graduate Student Association. Dr. Mardirosian brings his expertise to underserved families in Ensenada, Mexico–providing life-changing, pro-bono, cleft-lip surgeries for children. Dr. Mardirosian joined Redondo Oral Surgery in July 2017 and is excited and honored to be working in the South Bay to help give back to the local community.
Martin and his wife Sharis have been happily married since 2014 and recently welcomed their son, Leo in April of 2017. In his spare time, Dr. Mardirosian enjoys working with computers, snowboarding, cycling, cooking and running with Teddy- the Mardirosian family’s Golden Retriever.
